Fruit of the Spirit Bible Study. Book One: Fruit of Self-Control. Manifesting Self-Control in our Lives.I struggle with anger in my life. It is my “Achilles heel” as it were. Great book... will read the others in the series.

Based on this I'm not likely to read any of the other pamphlets, which is basically what they must be for the size of them. I should have paid better attention to that part of the description
Brief readingIf you need a quick easy intro to self control this is it. Not real in depth but a good place to start.
