Lots of interesting recipesI love all of the recipes that showcase vegan foods. The recipes are easy to follow although I suggest reading the entire recipe before making a shopping list. She sometimes refers to something in the ingredient list and then describes it differently in the later content (I.e. Tabbouleh recipe calls for onions in the ingredient list then clarifies that the author meant green onions later in the recipe). A few forgivable mistakes or omissions but the recipes ARE delicio
