This was a blast from the past. Iâd forgotten about a lot of the foods my mom had fixed. I didnât realize that some of the recipes were from the 60s. There are some very very simple recipes like a Cheese and Cracker Board to fancier recipes like Lobster Thermidor. There are recipes for Appetizers & Sides (15), Main Dishes (15), Desserts (15), and Drinks (13). There are both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Vintage Recipes of the 1960s is another fun cookbook from Kevin Palmer McDermott. I didn't get to try all the recipes yet but loved the chicken Kiev, onion dip, Quiche Lorraine and cheese fondue.
