I am very concerned with the lack of illustration credits. Added to the fact that the illustrations are inconsistent in style and appearance of the dragon's features...(this is supposed to be one dragon that shifts colors bases on emotions). The formatting and poetry were, okay...so I gave the extra star. The concept was there. I just am unsure why it lacked visual continuity in the way it did.
Beautiful Images The poem in this book is about the feelings of joy, sadness, anger and love. The poem is short, with suggestions to breath when sad or angry. It's very basic, but gives you an opportunity to discuss these four emotions further with your kids.
Not a good example of poetryI was going to read this to the students during language class. Thankfully, I read it first. I returned it. Perhaps the author should get an editor.
